Maison Serena is owned and managed by myself Serena Valentine. I have been in the real estate and travel industry since 1983, having bought, renovated and sold properties in France, Italy, Egypt and South Africa. I promote the areas that I know, so we are true specialists in our areas.

Being fully bonded members of AIPP, The Association of International Property Professionals gives our clients the confidence to buy through us. Our association have vetted and approved us and we are bound by the industry code of conduct.

Our main aim is to provide our clients with handpicked , character properties in France and Italy  and upmarket golf developments and residential living in South Africa and Egypt. These range from off plan developments to fully furnished resale properties in all areas.

We appeal to clients by offering a one to one service, and have the knowledge and expertise to be able to introduce to you the right property. Many of our character houses we have searched for and renovated ourselves. We sell in the areas that we have intimate knowledge of  , have experienced and love. We have sampled the restaurants, integrated with the locals and know all of our areas like the back of our hands.

We are not for corporate companies, on real big investors as we do not sell units . Maison serena is for couples and clients who are looking for a nice holiday home, or a nice little off plan development, lifestyle change or relocation. We will guide you step by step through the buying process of investing overseas.
